A Level Media Trip to Pinewood Studios

On Saturday, 1st March, staff and students in A Level Media were afforded the opportunity of attending the Futures Festival at the world-famous Pinewood studios. Pinewood studios have an illustrious and rich history in the TV and Movie industry, having been home to a plethora of iconic franchises such as James Bond,  Star Wars and Disney to name but a few. Students were treated to an alumni panel from those currently working in the creative arts industry as well as the opportunity to tour the studios and engage with representatives from within the industry. The morning was full of opportunities for students to network and seek out potential employment opportunities as well as rub shoulders with some iconic characters, props and iconic vehicles. Thanks to all those in A Level Media who made it such a memorable experience.
