Year 13 Showcase
"This world is but a canvas to our imagination”
The images on this page are some examples of the Year 13 paintings created by our students for A Level Art, Craft and Design. The work you can see has made us proud of our students and the high level of art that they can imagine and then create!
The painting is a self-portrait called the power of love. The portrait was created by Lawanya using acrylic paint on a medium of canvas.
This is a self portrait of Kayla in Year 13.The face and hair have been created with colouring pencils and the fish with flowers using watercolours.
The artist is Taiba in Year 13. The theme for the portrait was based on how Afghanistan women are represented in society.
This painting is by Prithya. The material used is oil paints that have been layered with brushstrokes effects
