Anti-Bullying Competition Winners!
And the winner is ……
Last term the Anti-Bullying Ambassadors produced designs for our new Whitmore High School Anti-Bullying Ambassadors logo and voted on their top three, which are below:
The competition was tough and we thought in order to select the winning design it would be a lovely acknowledgement of Ms Hammond’s legacy at Whitmore High School if we asked her to choose the winner.
Ms Hammond selected the winning design because she felt it was an ‘inclusive image’ that made ‘use of PRIDE colours’ thus strengthening our commitment to supporting and recognising all within our school community and beyond.
It gives us great pleasure to announce that our winner is Erykah in Year 7. The design is fantastic and I am sure you will all join me in congratulating Erykah in Year 7. Below is Erykah’s winning design.
A huge well done and thank you to all those who took the time to generate design ideas for our new logo. The design has now been printed on badges for our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors to wear with pride and support our commitment to reducing, eradicating and re-educating us all on the impact bullying has.
