Celebrating Success: Our Jack Petchey Award Winners

On Wednesday 11th February, we were incredibly proud to celebrate the achievements of our remarkable students at the Jack Petchey Award Ceremony. The evening brought together young people from across the borough, each recognised for their exceptional contributions, character, and commitment. Among them, our WHS award winners shone brightly.

Our students represented the school with confidence, humility, and genuine joy. Each award recipient was honoured for going above and beyond - whether through acts of kindness, leadership within the school community, outstanding progress, or inspiring resilience. Hearing their names announced and watching them take the stage was a truly moving moment for staff and families alike.

The atmosphere was filled with pride, applause, and a strong sense of community spirit. What stood out most was not just what our students have achieved, but who they are: hardworking, compassionate, and determined young people who embody the values we champion at WHS.

We extend our warmest congratulations to all our winners. Their achievements remind us of the extraordinary potential young people show when they are supported, encouraged, and believed in.

A heartfelt thank you also goes to the families who attended and to the staff who continue to guide and inspire our students every day. It was a wonderful evening of recognition - one we will remember for a long time.

Well done to all our WHS Jack Petchey Award winners - you made us incredibly proud.
